Cancellation Policy for Online Delivered Public Training Course Bookings
Please review our cancellation policy specifically tailored for our online public training programmes. This policy is applicable solely to our publicly delivered online training courses.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking(s), please send an email to fiona.palmer@reflect-training.co.uk and include support@reflect-training.co.uk in the CC field.
- Notice Period: Cancellations made with at least 14 calendar days (10 working days) notice before the scheduled training date will not incur any fees. However, cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the training date, including those due to illness, will be subject to the full course fee.
- Delegate Replacement: Whenever possible, please arrange for another delegate to attend in place of the original attendee to avoid incurring cancellation fees.
Transfer of Bookings
If a delegate is unable to attend the booked training, bookings may be transferred to another upcoming online public training session at Reflect’s discretion. This transfer is subject to:
- Providing at least 5 working days’ notice.
- An additional transfer fee of £30 per person.
Technical Issues
Reflect-training.co.uk is not responsible for missed sessions due to technology failures beyond our control. To ensure a smooth training experience, please verify that your technology is compatible with Zoom, including:
- Ensuring Zoom is not blocked by your system.
- Testing your audio and video functionality.
- Confirming a stable internet connection.
- Having the necessary login information to access the online session.
Assistance with Technology
Delegates should take proactive steps to contact Reflect-training.co.uk for assistance with any technical issues encountered when accessing the training. If you experience technical difficulties on the day of the training, please reach out within 15 minutes before or after the session start time (e.g., if the training begins at 10.00 AM, contact us between 9:30 AM and 9:45 AM) to receive support without significantly impacting your learning time. Contact details for assistance will be provided in your Zoom confirmation email, or you can call 07891 656560.
- Missing Zoom Details: If you have not received your Zoom login information after booking, notify Reflect-training.co.uk immediately by emailing fiona.palmer@reflect-training.co.uk and CCing support@reflect-training.co.uk, or by calling 07891 656560.
IT Responsibility
Reflect-training.co.uk is not liable for technical issues caused by your organisation’s IT equipment or policies. Ensure your IT setup meets the requirements for accessing our online training sessions.
Service Provider Issues
In the rare event of a significant issue with the online conferencing platform (e.g., major service outage), Reflect-training.co.uk will determine the appropriate course of action.
Options may include:
- Arranging for the missed training content to be delivered at a later date.
- Rescheduling the session.
- Refunding part or all of the training fee, at Reflect’s discretion.
Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by Reflect-training.co.uk
Reflect-training.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any online public training courses at any time. If a course is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, or if the course is not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of your training fee.
