Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Delegate / Commissioning Body

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled training delivery date will receive a full refund or can be transferred to an alternative session date without penalty.

For cancellations received within 7 to 14 days of the delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to course commencement are non-refundable, though delegate substitution is permitted at any time.

2. Delegate Substitution

If a named participant is unable to attend, you may send a substitute colleague in their place at no extra charge by notifying us in writing prior to course start.

3. Course Postponements by Reflect Training

In the rare event that Reflect Training & Consultancy Ltd needs to postpone a scheduled live session due to unforeseen emergencies, full rescheduling options or immediate full refunds will be provided.
